Working in Saudi is still a thrilling adventure: the visa processes are highly complicated, the strict adherence to Islam can be seen as a discourage to some, and finally the heat in the summer time can becoming unbearable. 

Nevertheless, for those who are not deterred by these factors, the Kingdom offers a wide variety of positive impressions from a cultural and also from a leisure perspective. I always enjoy my travels there, because once in the country, there are quite a number of jewels to be detected! 

As an intercultural trainer for the Arab World and Saudi Arabia, I prepare international managers, leaders and experts for the manifold challenges in the KSA. My own experience as a project manager is the basis for my knowledge , giving me a deep understanding of local customs and an authentic insight into daily business practices.

Interkulturelle Impressionen

Das Königreich Saudi-Arabien ist immer noch etwas Besonderes: Es gibt kein Touristen-Visum, also ist es für Besucher kaum eine Möglichkeit, in das Land zu kommen. 

Dabei hat Saudi viel zu bieten: Zentrum der Muslime, die größte Sandwüste der Welt, den zweithöchsten Turm der Welt sowie eine durchgemischte Gesellschaft mit rund 20 Millionen Einheimischen und 10 Millionen Gastarbeitern. 

Als interkultureller Trainer für Saudi-Arabien bereite ich Manager, Führungskräfte und Experten auf die Herausforderungen im Königreich vor. Meine eigenen Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement vor Ort spielen dabei eine wesentliche Rolle – mit all seinen spannenden Facetten in und neben der Arbeit!

Im Rahmen von 2-tägigen Seminaren bereite ich Fach- und Führungskräfte sowie deren Familien auf die interkulturellen Herausforderungen bei der Entsendung nach Saudi-Arabien vor. Damit werden ein Grundverständnis für Land und Leute vermittelt, typische Stolpersteine umgangen und die Grundlagen für einen erfolgreichen Aufenthalt im Königreich gelegt – definitiv eine sehr gute Investition in den Geschäftserfolg.
